Using student numbers (also their school login number), students and parents are able to check the completion checklist. This does not provide the marks for assignments, but it states whether it was handed in or not. This is updated periodically with all assignments and sent by email each month in PDF format. Please keep track of student work. If any work is missing, the week and name for the file are in the sheet to check under "Weekly Plans" list.

Completion List:

- Green : Handed in on time and completed

- Yellow : Not Handed in on time but student has a plan in place with the teacher ahead of due date to be able to hand it in late. These WILL turn green once the work is handed in.

- Red: Not handed in on time BUT can still hand it in as it has not yet been graded.

- Red with two // : Not Handed in on time and can no longer be handed in as it has been graded.

- White: Due date is in the future so students still have time to complete it - it is just noted for those who handed it in early.

- Black: Only for Art assignments. Black will be for Band students who do not need to do these assignments
