Week 39: June 23rd - June 27th


Monday, June 23rd

Waterslides Fieldtrip

Bus Leaves School: 8h45 - Students are asked to be in class at 8:10 to take attendance and get on the soonest bus.

Bus Leaves Waterslides: 2pm

- Due to school demand, all students must take the bus back to school. Parents cannot pick up their children from the park, nor can students stay longer even with parent permission.


Stuff to bring:

- Lunch

- Swimsuit (or can be worn UNDER clothes)

- Water

- Money (optional, as snacks and lunch can be purchased)


Extra: To facilitate the day and to make sure no student is late to the bus returning to school, students will be asked to check in with me every 2/3 rides, just to make sure everything is still going great and to make sure students are aware of when we arrive close to the time to pack. Cultus does an announcement, but many students miss this, so this makes sure we aren't looking for any missing students. I will be set up near their bags the entire day.

Information:

- Bus Leaving School: 9AM

- Please have students at school AND in class before the beginning of the day (around 8:20) so that attendance can be taken and expectations can be explained (and bathroom breaks can be in advance). Students should be at school anyways, but leaving earlier may be a possibility.

- Bus Leaving Granville: 2PM

- Arrival back to school: Tentative 4pm (depending on traffic and busses.

To Bring:

- Water Bottle: There may not be many chances to refill water bottles, so depending on student's needs and the temperature, prepare ahead.

- Lunch: a travel-able lunch, as students may not have tables/chairs to eat on.

- Money: Students will be able to attend the market as well as some food trucks to get snacks.

- Comfortable walking shoes

- Weather Appropriate Clothes - Networks say Sun with possible Rain

- If Possible: A device to contact home in case of a changed arrival to school time. At worst, they can use a friends' phone or mine.
